DCS Cleantech Oy – Sales Terms of the Online Store (B2B)

1. Scope of application

   These terms apply to orders made through the online store of DCS Cleantech Oy ("Seller") for business customers. Additionally, the NL17 terms apply.

2. Formation of the Agreement

   The order binds the buyer immediately upon placement. The contract is formed when the Seller has confirmed the order.

3. Prices and payment terms

   • Prices are quoted excluding value-added tax.

   • Payment term: 14 days net from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

   • Late interest is charged in accordance with the Interest Act.

4. Delivery and transfer of risk

   Deliveries and responsibilities are determined according to the NL17 terms, unless otherwise agreed. The risk transfers to the buyer in accordance with the delivery terms.

5. Complaints

   The buyer must check the delivery without delay. Any complaints must be made in writing within the time frame specified in the NL17 terms.

6. Returns

   Returns must be agreed upon separately with the Seller. In approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Applicable law and dispute resolution

8. These terms are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will be resolved in the District Court of Helsinki.
